Imagine... this time in two weeks we'll be gathering for the Connect Conference and we are really looking forward to welcoming you!
This year’s theme is Imagine – Looking to the Future of Personality, and we've been creating a space for you to be curious, creative and open to what’s possible as the world continues to rapidly change.
Over two days, we’ll explore fresh ideas, exciting Facet5 updates and how personality can help us adapt and lead with impact into the future - not to mention some great food, chats and conversations along the way.

Conference logistics
📍 Venue Location – a unique setting
Unlike a typical hotel or corporate venue, the Facet5 Connect Conference will be hosted on the beautiful grounds of Childerley Estate, just outside Cambridge – a unique setting with open fields, historic buildings and plenty of fresh air.
Don't be surprised if you spot cows or geese as you arrive!
The conference will take place in a converted barn, full of character, charm and history – a memorable space to Imagine the future together.
If you’re driving: Google Maps may take you to a nearby petrol station. Please use the directions on the attached map to ensure you arrive at the correct venue.

If you’ve booked accommodation through us, we’ll send your confirmation separately. As a reminder, the accommodation details for Facet5 attendees are:

🚂 Train stations
In the UK, trains are the fastest and easiest way to travel. Below are the key stations to help you plan your journeys from the airports and hotel locations. If you require help from a specific airport, please email us.
Cambridge North (15 minutes by taxi to hotel); or
Cambridge (25 minutes by taxi to hotel).
👗 Dress Code
We’ve designed the event to feel relaxed so you can think freely and stay energised. Please dress comfortably. It will be late autumn in the UK, so we recommend bringing warm layers. Current forecast range during the conference dates will be 10°-13° Celsius (50-55 Fahrenheit).
- Conference days:Smart casual (jeans acceptable)
- Evening dinners: Smart casual (no formalwear required)
🚗 Getting around
- Shuttle bus: complimentary shuttle will be available. See conference schedule above for details.
- Taxi service: Uber operates in the Cambridge area, and there are also reliable local taxi services. For taxi bookings, we recommend Veezu, Cambridge taxi service | Book local Cambridge cabs & taxis (they also offer a £146 fixed fare one-way transfer from Heathrow and £86 fixed rate one-way from Stansted airport).
- Parking: If you plan to drive to the conference venue, please let us know in advance as spaces are limited. Email us at connect.conference@facet5global.com.

If you’ve already shared your dietary needs - thank you! If anything has changed, please let us know by Friday 24 October so we can accommodate you.

- tell us if you will be travelling by car to the conference (parking is limited)
